The day before had been a victory for her, but only just. She was the first one to get in and out of the forest but that didn't mean she didn't sustain a fair amount of injuries along the way. She was very nearly mauled by an Ursa and had, unintentionally, wandered through an Itzamná nest, which ended in her having to use her semblance to escape. Overall things had not gone good at all - it wasn't like she couldn't fight these things, she was just alone and rather scared; the only other people she ever found were people who were already partnered. Her injuries weren't life-threatening, not at all, in fact, but the doctor wouldn't allow her to go to the victory ceremony which meant she never even got to meet the teammates she never found in the forest. Apparently, she was from some team called Aegis? When she was discharged the next day, sporting quite a number of bandages with a bottle of painkillers stowed away, she was left to guide herself to her dorm. Unfortunately, she missed the ghost postman by a matter of minutes but she really didn't care at that point - she wanted to get in and get to bed with as little interruptions as possible. Walking with a slight limp, she drew in some air, wracking her mind for an introduction to her team as she stood at the door. Hey guys! I'm the teammate that you're going to have to carry over the next few years that we're stuck together! No, that just sounded rude to her - she needed these people to like her, they were the ones she was going to have to spend most of her days with. So, knocking hesitantly, she cleared her throat a little before entering the room, opening and closing the door as quickly and quietly as possible when she noticed a few bodies passed-out in their respective beds. The next thing that hit her made her feel a little bit awkward - she was the only girl in the team which meant that half of her pyjamas were obsolete. Great. "Uh... hi... I'm Sasha, your new teammate." She quickly announced as she stared at the boy who was sitting up, playing with some sort of device. "Sorry about not being there yesterday, I kinda sustained a few injuries..." She stated the obvious, staring down at the bandages over her before smiling up at him - it was a weak smile but a smile nonetheless. "Nice to meet you." She remembered her manners quickly, pulling a hand out from behind her back and extending it to him. The same hand that was protectively grasping the spear-form of her weapon that was attached to her rucksack.
