Yuri was walking towards the rest stop, tired from all the running through the highway. Wiping the sweat off his forehead with his forearm, he looked back not seeing any other survivors. It looked as if he were the last man standing. If it were not for the man Yuri saved, he would simply roam around until he would end up like everyone else. Yuri was faster than the man and left him behind. He thought that he should go back, but decided to keep going forward. Hoping to be able to call any of his friends, Yuri took out his phone. He noticed that there was no signal, despite that it was still there half an hour ago. Seeing the rest stop made Yuri speed up his pace, he began running towards it. As he ran, Yuri passed a body with its head hanging by a piece of skin, he finally saw the pit stop at its full glory. ... As Yuri walked towards the building, he saw a man looking around the cars at the parking area. It was a good idea, as the horde would still keep going and catch up to them at some point. Taking off his Jacket, Yuri covered the bloodied kukri with his jacket, rolling it around the knife. With that done, Yuri entered the facility.
