Undoubtedly an evil witch of the absolute rank. Elf: B Status as being one of the phantasmal race, that of the Elves. Grants the hefty benefits of being an elf including all of their various abilities in the mythology group of Scandinavia, along with the normal capabilities of phantasmal beasts. This is a rare skill, and few in ancient myth can claim to be half elf like Skuld. Noble Phantasm(s): Name: Herløv Title:The Army of Victory Rank: A+ NP Type: Anti-Army Range: 1-40 Maximum Number of Targets: 1000 Ultra-precise Noble Phantasm that brings forth an army. Rather than just summoning, this ability is also capable of simulation. It can bring forth human warriors and mercenaries who are simulations of the actual thing. However its true ability is summoning elves and nords from "inside the world". While the process is skipped, the magical energy cost for summoning forth beings like elves and nords are still very high.
