Snow fell hard and wind lashed wildly outside as the town was struck but Winter Storm Calliope. The weather forecast had said that they expecting light snow when the storm came and snuck up on them and by then it was too late to do anything about except tell the people to stay indoors crank up their heaters and wait it out. Most of the schools in town didn't even bother coming in that and of the few that did most had already evacuated their students and ushered them off to their homes. All save for wonderful Northlane High which had continued on with a regular school day. Fortunately for many, school let out just before the storm got too bad. Unfortunately for those who dragged their feet they weren't so lucky. Calliope had now picked up something fierce and the doors were now shut behind a massive wall of snow locking anyone still in the building inside. Solomon dashed around the gym's basketball court before he shot the ball forward watching it go in with a very satisfying swish! This was a common thing for him. He'd come to the gym after school most everyday just to practice. He was normally completely oblivious to everything else when he did so it was no surprise he had no idea about the storm or the fact that the doors were blocked.
