Michiko didn't really have any use for Jewelries, But she knew that Jasper obviously wanted forgiveness, So Michiko grabbed the Sapphire and said "Its ok I'm sorry for leaving my music on full blast" 

Michiko tooken a look at the Sapphire *It was in the shape of a Cats paw weird, I thought cats we're extinct which means this is pretty old* 

"say where did you get this jasper?" Michiko asked Jasper out of curiosity
