Two things, it's magical universes despite being called magical dimensions in references to us. The order is actually 1st:Interstellar Journey, 2nd:Inter-Galactic Journeys, 3rd:Instantaneous travel to anywhere in the universe instantly.

The 3rd one requires massive amount of energy so it is not used.

And the second thing was that Darkwolf has already abandoned the parasites, so there is no point in having a no to the evacuation anymore. Plus New Condia has 5 million people. Thats less then quite a few major cities it does not take long to evac that many people for a space-faring civilization.

Edit: Uh just saying, at this point in time we are currently forbidding inter-galactic travel Monkeypants, it might be opened up in the future.
