Why? It's nothing different than insta zipping fleets from anywhere. I do not see any rules regarding extra galactic movement.

Plus, I have self imposed limitations regarding it at the moment, speed is relative, distance is accounted for, not going to instantly create 100000 fleets at once or anything lame of the such. I am going for a pioneer race. It's well within the rp's scope and scale.
