While GM was busy being all emotional over 'Bassie', Leon crawled backwards away from his future executioner as fast as humanly possible, trying to come up with a remotely believable excuse for his actions. Sadly for him, panic tends to obstruct logical thought and reason -- something which Leon's mind's current state was pretty lackluster in anyway. For a fleeting moment, everything seemed to end relatively well, with GM's anger being quelled by reminiscence of... well, whatever Basilix was reminding him of. Honestly, as long as that meant that Leon wouldn't suffer a horrible fate worse than death, he really didn't care what the exact reason behind GM's calming down was. Of course, good things are not to last, as Leon found out once again when GM saw his creation. Apparently, he wasn't quite as happy with it as Leon -- or at least as happy as Leon was until a short while ago, before GM came back and got all violent and whatnot. Either way, GM was obviously very pissed, causing Leon to crawl back even further. Sadly for him, a wall was in the way. "I don't know!" he cried out, sounding very afraid. "I was just... playing? I'm sorry! I'll never do it again!" If his voice didn't gave away his fear, his body language sure did; in between the wide eyes, his knees being drawn up to his chest and the fact that he was trembling all over, it was quite obvious the boy was terrified.
