This woman questioned his views on religion. He couldn't help but frown as he shook his head. "Despite what my heritage may say about me, I do not subscribe to any sort of belief system when it comes to a higher power. Rei knew the woman may find this irritating to hear, so he decided to try to end his explanation on a positive note.
