Jeremiah has always been a man of principles. What he lacks in money, he more than makes up for in will, but this will comes from a weakness. His deepest fear. The fear of failure. Everything he does in his life is done in the effort that failure is never too close to him. The thought of failing to bring sustenance to his family mortifies him. 

He keeps his belongings organized, and though he's usually found himself to be staying in small, humble places while travelling, his accommodation always seems cozy instead of cramped to guests.
