... Wow. I have never seen Kaga this angry before... o_o It would scare me if not for the fact that it's basically fan-freaking over pokemon. :hehe Note: Even though these are all quoting Kaga, half of these are meant to add on to pokemon advice for Books.
Your options are: -Ruby/Sapphire -Emerald -Firered/Leafgreen -Diamond/Pearl -Platinum -Heartgold/SoulSilver -Black/White -Black2/White2
My suggestions would be one of the following: -Firered/Leafgreen It's the closest to the original/start of pokemon who can get on a DS Lite. It's a very well designed and put together game, and probably the most friendly to new people also. -Heart Gold/Soul Silver It's mechanics are basically smoothest/best polished of all the games. (Minus Black & White... But that has the pokemon design issue. On top of that the majority of Black/White's pokemon are built for simply heavy damage, you barely get a variety of strategy in it as a result). Plus it's in Johto, the second region/generation which is also a fair start (It's where I started playing pokemon, I was an original Gold kid). And has the kicker of letting you explore Kanto too, so it in a sense has twice the content that other games do. -Emerald Beaches. This is basically Firered/Leafgreen but with different pokemon, a beach themed region and two criminal organizations. Also being a joint game you have access to more wild pokemon and legendaries than you would otherwise. Pick this one if you'd rather be in a beach themed game. +The newest pokemon games are a recreation of Emerald/Ruby/Saphire. So if you want to relate to most regions, pokemon, gym leaders etc with friends currently playing on a 3DS this may be your best shot.
I've actually never played Black2/White2 but I hear they're actual proper sequels or something, so you probably shouldn't go to them if you haven't played the original Black/White.
It is. You'll be fairly lost playing it without playing the originals. And honestly? The original is far better story wise, Black2/White2 does at least fix the wild pokemon though by throwing in pokemon from more generations. My main three were Ampharos, Arcanine and Lucario in that game.
If possible, I want the liar's name and photograph. *clicks pen*
So do I. *Grabs a, uh... Max Repel* (Hopefully this works like Pepper Spray). :cool
This is why I shouldn't have started watching Sherlock.
It's about bloody time you started! :toot Do you like it? What do you think? Isn't Sherlock basically awesome!? :sun
