A talking taijutsu training?! The meaning of Jinchuriki as taijutsu. A collab written by Sketcher and Alice. -------------------------------------------- Part II Summary : Tatsuya has been summoned to meet up with Kiyomi. She has prepared both a serious conversation as a taijutsu training. --------------------------------------------
The boy scurried to his feet and nodded, holding up three fingers. "Three questions left," he said, grinning. Without waiting for any sort of objection, if any would be given, he jogged to the edge of the room, starting his 20 lap run with a sustainable pace, keeping his breathing from getting too quick or too slow, concentrating on his tempo. He was kind of afraid of what kinds of questions Kiyomi was going to ask, but he preferred not think on it much. Getting up, she nodded but let him run his laps. The three other questions would wait for later. Right now she had the idea that he hadn't notice much of what changes he would experience. Perhaps changes that would be better to be experienced than to be taught. Placing her hands on her hips, Kiyomi thought about the next part of their training. She had wanted to orientate today's training on trying to teach Tatsuya more about what it meant to be a jinchuriki, but she could perhaps shift to something else. ''Okay, time to train. But like always,'' A smirk grew on Kiyomi's lips as she lifted up her right index finger. ''Theory time! What kind of reaction would you expect from somebody when you will use your weight against them? Like in a pull or something?'' "Er... Dodge an' counter?" he answered, half asking as he kept running. He glanced over at Kiyomi to catch a glimpse of her reaction to his response but only spared a single moment before looking ahead and continuing his jog. "Two," he reminded her cheekily. Cocking her head to the left, she raised her eyebrows as she wondered what he meant with two. Though she had a hunch, Kiyomi ignored it. ''Yes and no.'' She said, rather cryptic. ''Though you could say that, there are several reflexes that most people will give into when you force them in such a situation.'' She started to explain. One of the moments she found it quite funny, but they remembered her of how Kensuke had started to rant about weaponry or kendo. ''For example, if we would grab and try to push each other, one could try to lean back and use the weight of his or her body to drag the other to the ground. The most common reflex is for the opponent to lean back and use his own weight to counter it. But that leaves most people open for an attack.'' She paused, wondering if he was paying attention. But she decided to continue. ''When your opponent makes such a movement, you can quickly do two things. Either move in and push them back, while you kick a feet aside, which will topple them and leave you on top. Or you could try to place a feet on a knee and start to send some ferocious punches to the face. There are a lot of interesting movements one can do in close ranged combat, simply using the reflexes of an opponent against them.'' Tatsuya kept his pace up, waiting a few moments before speaking. "A-ha... I guess so. But if someone jumps at you with his weight, wouldn't he most likely have a plan? Maybe explosives on his body or maybe a hidden weapon..." He caught his breath once more before speaking again. "In the end, if someone's stupid enough to just jump on you, you can probably beat them without countering by putting yourself at risk." Kiyomi thought about his question. ''True, but if somebody tries to jumps on you, you could use their momentum and weight against them. Simply go with the movement, thus try to fall on your back as you use your feet on spots, like say the stomach, to then launch them over your or back.'' She then briefly paused. ''If they have a weapon hidden, then it is a bit weird if they would jump. I myself wield a hidden weapon, but then again, this kind of movement is more or less for very short distances. If somebody would have explosives, then they need to detonate them. Else you can hear or sometimes smell the fuses being light if they are timed.ยดยด Glancing at him, Kiyomi thought about something. ''What would you else attempt to do if you were in a pinch and weren't able to use anything else but taijutsu?''
