From what I understand, funding is not an issue on our end as much is it is on Mahz's He's intent on taking care of the guild himself, and, as far as I know, is refusing both monetary and programming assistance. The aforementioned "thread that must not be named" in the news section [s]argued about[/s] discussed the problems and possible solutions to great lengths.

I wholeheartedly support a thread specifically for the discussion of these issue, but I think it would be better placed in Off-Topic, where more people will see it.
