The guild is actually connected to our brains, and it goes offline whenever we have an idea. Because Mahz is actually an evil genius trying to conquer the world by mildly annoying roleplayers. Somehow.

As for your species, I don't really know, but I would personally choose that picture. Probably because of the blue. [i]Especially[/i] because of the blue.
