Avali, actually. I used the species anatomy but tried to keep it from getting any more similar than that. The closest similarities to the Avali other then that is the cybernetics, which mine is more mechanical then nano-robotics, and the fact they have a big AI, which the Avali control but the Sheromi worship. Both of which were completely coincidental because those are both design decisions from when I was still making an insect race.

EDIT: Oh, and the fact they come from an ice world orbiting a gas giant. That part I kept intact because I loved it.
