Thief - The Master Thief Edition
I have some interest in this one. I remember playing a Thief demo as a kid and really liking it. But I have enough games coming up on Christmas (Including Alpha Sapphire :3) that I'm bound to be occupied for a while. So I'd leave me as a "If there is no one else at all who wants it" option.
Now I only know Pokemon as a card game until I really got into the world that is the internet.
Kind of shows how small the pokemon community is there. :/ Back in my schools, the games and card game are both huge. Especially in college.
she gave me a shiny card
Foil :P It's especially important to get that right in pokemon, because there are shiny pokemon which are re-colourations of a certain pokemon.
Also to note it was my PARENTS telling me that there are no Pokemon games for DS Lite.
Most parents today don't really know much about video games. It's not going to be until another 10-15 years where a decent portion of parents are game knowledgeable (but even then, a lot of the parents are going to be your preppy and jock type people from school. Who barely touched games growing up. Outside of a few big titles like Call of Duty and Assassin's Creed).
My dad has a PS2 which none of his PS games will save on which will forever tick me off cause I want to play Final Fantasy and save my progress so I can sleep between playing.
*Not much a PS gamer so googles this quickly* Just buy an original playstation memory card and plug it in.
THERE ARE NO USED VIDEO GAME SHOPS AROUND ME!!! I LIVE IN FREAKING FARMING COUNTRY!!! NO ONE HERE PLAYS USED VIDEO GAMES BUT ME!!! *coughs* Also FREAKING USED AND OLDER VIDEO GAMES (especially Pokemon) ARE REALLY FREAKING EXPENSIVE!!! I do most of my shopping on Amazon due to there being no used video game stores near me. HeartGold/SoulSilver clock in at $117.99 I DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY!!!
$60 $52.50 $47 + Comes with Soulsilver $30 $20 If it's costing you over 100 all I can assume is that it's shipping cost. In which case, just find a seller whose close to you rather than across the globe.
Now yes if you do buy them used from Amazon they are a lot cheaper but God knows what the previous owner did to it. I don't want to buy used stuff off the internet cause you don't know what the heck you'll get when it gets to your house.
It's a risk, I'll admit it. But there's little that can happen other than "The Cartridge doesn't work". I bought both Kotor 2 and Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance on Ebay before when I was younger, both work completely fine. So although a risk, it's a small one (Cause user reviews of the seller is a thing) and one that never happened to me personally. Hell I know people who use Ebay and Amazon like their go-to shopping malls.
*serious business face* Irrelevant.

You found time to write like 5 IC posts since I wrote that.
[2]. Well, [2] to basically everything Kaga said (especially the shopping online isn't that dangerous part), but this specifically I felt needed pointing out.
But regardless I hope you understand that I take Pokemon very seriously...
Also [2], but I just HAVE to add. :P
HOLY SHIT I actually posted that without the Guild crashing!!
You know the Guild is doing bad when a reaction like this is warranted. :/
I uh... Well. This RP is almost a year old. Which is , and I wanna keep it going, but... I'm not sure if the Guild will allow for that. I wanted to mention this while I had the chance: I'm seriously considering migrating to another site (ideally Iwaku) if the Guild does not improve soon. While I want to have faith that Mahz will get around to fixing some things before the end of the holiday season, the site's downtime is so bad that it's down about 23 hours of the day. If Mahz doesn't do anything, it'll only get worse with time, and I'm really sick of his empty promises. I'm worried that it'll cause this RP, along with all my others, to die. And honestly if I could save just one, I would pick this one. I won't try to pack everything up if you guys don't want to, but I feel it's important to bring this issue up. Thoughts on the subject?
I agree completely. And being perfectly honest? I might have left the Guild by now if not for this RP. I mean honestly, spam is dead, OT is dead, member longue has always been blog central, and RP discussion purposely dismisses/looks down on people concerned about the site. Plus, my attempts on the facebook group to draw attention to it has basically gotten the "If you're not happy with the situation and Mahz's way of handling it you can leave" response. More than enough to make me go "Screw this" and go, if I didn't feel like I was abandoning people/a commitment by doing so. That and being perfectly honestly, you and MDK the only friends I have on the Guild who hasn't already quit/vanished in response to Guilds situation. So if you left to another site I'd have almost 0 reason to be sticking around here now other than be Nostalgic of the old days.
