Deadbeat, your sheet looks nice, I like it. My only issue is that Allen decides the power ratings, and he's not a level eight meta human. A level eight would fall under this description:

I think he'd be better classed as a two or three since you can fight his mind control through willpower, something a seasoned agent is capable of, since his physical capabilities aren't buffed. I'd also check with Allen just because I'm not sure if he's alright with someone who can control another's thoughts. That's up to him. Just some constructive criticism.
