Yeah I was, amongst other things, going to ask if we really, really have to allow people who use that many characters. 'cause, and I'm sorry if anyone in particular feels offended by this statement, it usually doesn't work out and just turns into an excuse to have a hivemind army. Rather than writing more in order to accomodate the different points of view, perspectives and interactions, people write the same amount and wind up with either a limited, fragmented and poorly detailed account of each character or with a group of semi-npcs that follow a hivemind and occasionally pipe up with quips to showcase their personality as if they were an RPG character that isn't the main. More often than not it's just used as an excuse to have more influence in the IC department by having their multiple characters ensure things go as the player wants them to or otherwise give him more actions than another player with only the one character.
