Shade looked at this guy VERY skeptically. It was obvious to him that he either was lonely has hell, or was simply far too trusting for his tastes. After all, asking someone you literally JUST met to join you in this city was the equivalent to asking Hitler you were Jewish and expected to live because of it. ....When Shade heard the strange announcement from the appearent douchebag that was calling out to everyone in the city- *Seems likely with the way he phrased his wording*, he took off. He didn't bother with MCK- **Let's call 'im Mick for that!**-Mick, and left the kid. If he DID have any brains, he would get the hell outta Dodge before the Blades came aknockin. He did remember to shove a crumpled up ball of paper into the guys hands. It had a microchip in it, one that he had done his best to set up so as to track a few people should he need to....it was currently the only one he had, but the kid could prove useful, so he'd see where he'd go, and later might come check up on him. If he was still alive of course. (Honestly, why is it the people in this damned city happen to all be either crazy, assholic, psychotic, or a disturbing combination thereof?) *Unknown. Perhaps it has something to do with the genes that cause the Abilities to manifest within the Outcasts? Based off of our current knowledge, that is the best theory I will be able to come up with for now.* **Ya know, I figur' this guy ain't bluffin' 'bout that Blade. Which means only 'e coulda killed the guy, in other words-** (A comeplete and utter Psychopath.) *Most Definitely.* (So, we should REALLY get the Hell outta Dodge then?) *Again, Most Definitely.* (Right then....) **Just get ready. I can handle near anyone who gets in our fuckin' way.** Shade used the shadow of the building he was running towards, in the opposite direction of 43rd Street, and Phased into existence in the woods outside the city. He quickly checked over all of his belongings that he had with him, and quickly and as quietly as he could, moved furthur into the woods. He'd be needing a tall, safe tree to get any sleep tonight after all. The path forward awaited him, and he wasn't in the mood to keep it waiting. Into the Woods Shade continued....
