> "Whoa, mate," he called out hoping to get the man's attention. "Nice map. Any idea where we are supposed to go? Name's Zedong by the way." Tim inwardly groaned. He'd hoped to go through the day with as little social interaction as possible. Theoretically, the least amount of social interaction possible was none at all for the first day, if he was good enough at avoiding it. Unfortunately for Tim, people who liked talking would usually attempt to talk to him, regardless of his own wishes. There were 2 reasons Tim avoided social interaction: He had little to no social skills and it was annoying. Tim looked over to the person who just spoke to him, analysing his threat level. He looked serious, male, had a spear. Kind of imposing. There was a chance that he was also socially awkward, or at least not as socially adept as others. That said, they say you can't judge a book by it's cover, but you can deduce a few things from the cover anyway. The likelihood of the man not following up with a conversation wasn't exactly high, but he could do something about that. "I'm heading to the main building for now." Tim replied. Tim had to handle this carefully. He had to give him enough information and also make it so that there was no avenue for conversation. "The principal's speech starts soon so I suggest you do the same." He said, walking off. That should discourage conversation, for now, assuming that the person wasn't more curious than Tim thought.
