Mitch laughed and rolled his eyes, amused by Karaiyah's constant attempts to be considerate. Smiling, he straightened up and asked, "Now why did I know you'd pick that one?" His smile becoming a lopsided smirk, he stretched his arms in front of him and rolled his shoulders. "Now, I only told you to name a tune," he said over his shoulder, "But if my memory serves me, I believe there's an Elton John version of that song, with different lyrics. I can't remember if one ripped off the other, but it's quite a piece." Standing and leaning on a beam sticking up from the dock, Mitch cleared his throat and looked out over the water as dramatically as possible, eyeing Karaiyah out of the corner of his eye. He could hear the instrumental in his head; of course, everyone did when they thought of a song, but to him it was *there*, as clear as the waves were to him. Taking a deep breath, he began. *"There's a calm surrender, to the rush of day; When the heat of a rolling wind, can be turned away. An enchanted moment, and it sees me through-- It's enough for this restless warrior just to be with you..."*
