Brief History: They have a history of providing financial aid to poorer countries, and assisting new countries that are having trouble setting themselves up. They only get into conflicts if they feel one (Or two) causes are wrong, like if the war is simply for power. They have never been a sizable country since the Ltek Civil War, which lasted for seven years and they had to trade some land for military assistance. They don't have a tiny military, but it is nothing to gawk at.
