It's not just that - first of all, he's an A rank, secondly in his equipment it says he has a gauntlet with a supercomputer! Technology isn't that far ahead, unfortunately! Also, the fact that he can add elemental powers to an already powerful character is causing him to slip over the OP line. Fix that and possibly make it less implied that he's super-intelligent and it should be ok!
