All right, firstly, I believe your ability is that to move through shadows or something like this, no? Then, if any rule I could think of that could cut your ability short it would be the fact that you can only use it in dark places where there a shadow, so night time would be the best for you, also during day time, it could also be limited by the amount of sunlight there is right now and how many people, buildings, etc... are around to make shadows. 

For the second one, Ryousei will most probably call everyone out, so it's up to them whether they want to go or not

For the first round and if you don't have someone else to RP with yet, then yeah, please wait at least a pair of posts so it doesn't seem that you are the only one in here. :P
