I'm open to playing either side, honestly. I used to run the entire Cipher organization, so being the bad guy is fun for me, too. (Blowing up labs and beating up kids, joyous.) I'm glad to even out roles in any given situation, considering having so many roles for one other person and their single character would be silly.

In this current situation, I'd be comfortable controlling the Grunt and Viola while you control April's Dad and Caroline. That sound good? Sharing is caring, and I think it'd be better for you to control April's father anyhow.
