Welcome, welcome! :D So glad to see people joining! And yes, Bunnita, that's fine. Anyone willing to fight for the cause really wouldn't be turned away.  And as far as pics go, it can be any kind really, I'm not picky as some people find it easier to find a picture that fits their characters using anime and others prefer life like photos. If it seems more people use the anime, I might ask for it, just to be consistent.
