The only other female in the magic council, Carrie appears to be quite a timid and shy person, but she isn’t afraid to show her mind. However, she appears frightened of her own abilites. 

Her powers involve making a lot of noise and light. While she does appear timid and afraid, she is extremely powerful, and she rose through the magical rans to become a council mage.
