Twins, Tim and Ted, are often mixed up with each other, but they do not seem to mind. They are both easy to laugh, and do tend to the the laugh of the magic council. 

Their magical abilities seem to compliment each other, and they work well together, not needing any words between them. One can control water, the other can control wind, and together, they can make a serious force to be reckoned with.
