Our military base has the *worst* internet service. Its super pathetic. 
We're over charged for what we're getting, it cuts out constantly, more so if theres wind or rain [semi-tropic island. seriously. it rains a lot] and its the one service for the entire base. And its huge. Almost every day theres a whole neighborhood that doesn't have internet, and when everyone gets off work and gets home, it slows down. ><

You figure all the military personnel here would rise up and create their own internet or something XD
