He is able to create illusions, that not neccesarily all can see. But these illusions can seem real, even causing pain and other sensory reactions

Madness: Being born of madness and insanity, he thrives in chaotic areas. Anywhere without any chaos, he will soon perish. But in a place that has more madness then order, he will be nigh unkillable. Removing all the madness in a world is the only surefire way to kill him, however.

World Hop and teleportation

He is able to change form at will, but is most powerful in his preferred composition.

He is able to create matter into pure energy by eating it. Yep, eating it. He puts the matter into his body, and splits it into atoms. Then he absorbs the potential energy that is released during this process. Radioactive materials fuel him better, but unstable ones can have awkward effects.

Due to his mass storage of energy, he can turn this energy into superficial matter, creating items. But the moment these items leave his hands, they turn back into energy, and that energy is lost. As long as he keeps hold of what he makes, he can do this indefinitely.
