She listened wit a smile on her face to the headmistress' short speech as she sat on the edge of the pool, legs sitting in and slowly kicking back and forth. she really wanted to swim but she was afraid of being seen. so she settled for this, maybe she'd swim a few laps in human form in a bit. she doubted too many people would come into the pool on their first day, when they have a party to get ready for, but there was occasionally one or two so she hung out to supervise, just in case.

He was looking forward to this year. it was his first year here, his first day, and for him things were looking pretty good already. he had a very good feeling about this. with a smile he set off to explore, find where the fun stuff was, all schools this big had fun stuff in them somewhere, and he was determined to find it. He wondered what their auditorium looked like, he was already enrolled in their theater program, it might be a good idea to find that before tomorrow so he wandered off in the direction he thought it might be.
