A Skype Roleplay that I've had for almost three months now began as an actual joke in another chatbox and was intended to poke fun at stereotypical "anime (or "weaboo" as my fellows put it) school" Roleplays and it entirely fell off course to and evolved into a group of edgy, angsty teenagers being tasked with saving the world over and over again while trying to balance school life.

Is it still stereotypical and anime? Oh, absolutely. But so much effort has been put into it, it'd be unfair to say it was still a joke Roleplay of sorts.
