Cal watched from the tops of buildings, looking like a crow, watching the vampire march into the city. She watched as she broke the nose of an official and then hid in an alley way. She did not yet intervene, but she did swoop down to one of the tops of the buildings that was creating the alleyway. She watched the vampire disappear before her eyes, yet still she did not do anything.
