The pipes wrapped around Aster, managing to bind him well, the telekenisis adding to the binding force of the crude restraints. At the same time, Adam was attacking the False Angel, cutting off two more wings. And, of course, there was Light, who was trying to tear apart his open wounds. Finally, the Angel screamed, then, with his remaining strength, spoke, one last time:

"All of you...fools. Metahumans...are the future." Then, he began glowing brightly, before falling apart into motes of light; glowing dust. And so ended the life and career of Aster Javian, born into the Gambino family, and now one of the worst mass-murderers in recent history.
