Not even joking, that is actually kind of a pro. He can already multitask enough to manage all the minutia of running a tank on his own. Pulling out a map to look for favourable terrain and coordinating the rest of the team isn't asking that much more. On top of that he is super dedicated to seeing his team succeed due to his need to prove his concept of combined arms.

He may need someone to tell him to stop being such a camping b**h in combat though.
