A quick note, I'm not ignoring this but I rather wait to hear others' thoughts on the matter. That way I know where everyone stands and can try to seek out a solution everyone will be alright with. 

Mostly before I say my view on the topic or suggest something for Essence. Mainly I rather not cause any drama if I can help it. Drama outside IC, for me as I can't speak for others, has never been fun and I had my fill in high school so understand I want to avoid this at all costs. I rather not chase off players after all and I'm sure no one else wants to either.
