As such, the goal of Neotopia is quite the opposite of Aquatopia... Instead of keeping everyone happy while ensuring things don't go to pieces, you make people do what the Inner Party want while ensuring things don't go to pieces. Which means you'll have to do some very cruel and evil things. The game is expected to be rated M for Mature.
