Except that has nothing to do with RPG's culture. 

This used to be a hotly debated topic, especially in Spam. There were a lot of members that had been around since 2008/2009 and as such had a tendency to think of anyone that joined after 2010 as new. Most of them have left, however, and RPG currently thrives on much newer blood (with a few exceptions such as myself). 

At this point, it doesn't really matter. The Guild itself is practically new so why worry about its users?
