As long as I remember from TWD comics, even Zombie scratches weren't enough to kill someone. 

There is a problem with TWD universe. Militaries simply doing nothing. I don't believe that one of the best army in the world fall down so quickly. The reason "they wanted to protect their family" is illogical. If you want to protect your family, you keep fighting. I think we can make our changes in TWD universe.
