What the hell should we call you? Sayaka Miki What....are you even? Human And where the heck are you from? Post-Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime, from the timeline somewhere after the movie. How friggin' old are you anyway? 16 You a lady or a dude or what..? Female So like...what are you like? She used to be hot-headed and reckless, but after the events of the anime and the movie, she has since became more humble and patient, while keeping her spunky and fun attitude as an energetic young girl. However, she is still haunted by her past sometimes, and isn't as cheerful as she was before. Aside from that, she can be a kind-hearted girl who stands for all things justice, albeit having a somewhat naive black-and-white view of the world. She is like the Captain America of the magical girl world if Steve Rogers was full of the insecurities and vulnerabilities of a teenage girl. She is flawed and presumptuous, courageous but idealistic. She's the most human and fallible of the cast from the anime. She also had to work hard to keep up with the others, as she is easily the weakest member of the cast, in terms of magical prowess. And what do you like? Unlike most teenage girls, she prefers sports to cute and cuddly things. She does enjoy the occasional tea-drinking, cake-dining, or putting on light cosmetics, but with her boundless energy, she prefers to have fun in more outdoorsy activities. Also, she once enjoyed music a lot due to a childhood crush she had. After having a heartbreak involving the boy she loved, however, she still enjoys the music, but now retains a nagging feeling to put away these old interests and move on with her life. Anything else we should know about...? Has an incredibly rapid regenerative ability, despite just starting out as a magical girl. Whenever she self-heals, circular disc-shaped symbols of musical notes would float above the wounded area as the healing process takes place. She has also learned to channel her powers to heal others as well. Her weapon of choice is the numerous cutlasses that she could spawn from under her cape. She could either wield them, toss them like a dagger, or fire the bladed section of the weapon onto her enemies as a projectile. After the events that took place in the TV series, she could also now summon her witch form, "Oktavia von Seckendorff", by stabbing herself in the abdomen (akin to the act of seppuku) with her cutlass. Thus, this can be considered a form of blood magic. Oktavia is a huge armored warrior with the torso of a knight and the lower-half of a mermaid. Its tail fin is made up of rainbow colors. It has a pink ribbon tied around its neck, a heart-shaped clothing sticking out from behind its neck, and a fan-shaped crown composed of Sayaka's cutlasses stabbing onto the cranium. Much like Sayaka's human form, it also has a cape (albeit cyan in color instead of white, while being torn and ragged on the edge) while wielding a giant version of the cutlass she normally uses. Before Sayaka took control of her witch form, Oktavia had used the cutlass as a baton to conduct its concert of melancholic symphony, which represented the suicidal depression Sayaka was previously going through. Even now, that same sorrowful music could be heard whenever Oktavia is summoned into existence. --- Sayaka also has a hairpin with the insignia, " ff ", representing fortissimo ("very loud", much like her personality). After the events of the movie, she also now carries a 'magical ring' that she uses to transform to a magical girl. Also pictured below is a dramatization of her numerous cutlasses.
