Since we are in interest check (OOC will be this weekend) I'll voice my current general concerns about the applications on the whole.

What's with the lack of detail on the assets?  I find numbers meaningless in a and am unsure on what kind of tech is being used.  I was more or less thinking of personnel/ship types and their lore with assets when I saw it.  I'll lead by example and post my own app this week to show what I mean.

Is it due to uncertainty of tech level? Should I define some baseline hegemony technology?
