Some major :cool :respek :cool is definitely in order. The only thing that makes it less-than-100% perfect is her hair, which is supposed to be dark... Other than that, the whole ensemble is fantastic (I especially love the pumps and the arm-joints). Even the hearts and everything are totally in character. 

(By the way, the messenger and his expression are also really good. :) You've got mad skills.)
