I don't mean to push but that's kinda the point of the demon form. If you'd like I could make it less strength based and more speed based but the demon form is essentially the character's more aggressive half. Although if could suggest a difference maybe instead of being large and strong maybe the demon form could be more normal sized and fast(maybe add some wings for flying in the mix to replace the fire breath).
