Alison sat next to her sister on the bus, headphones on with rock music playing. She was gazing idly out the window as the scenery passed them by. Her head was bopping softly to the beat, her foot doing the same on the floor. She had her maroon hair pulled back in a ponytail though her bangs were hanging over her eyes. She was bored and wished this bus could go faster. She wanted to be off and out in the fresh air. They had already been on the bus for a few hours and Alison was getting tired and cramped. Autumn was sitting next to her sister in the aisle seat. She had her own headphones in though she was listening to country. Her hair was down and falling around her shoulders and occasionally her face. She had her sketchpad on her lap and she was currently adding details. The picture was of a border of roses running along the edges of the page and in the middle was an angel with black wings sitting on a gravestone and weeping into her hands. Autumn was completely engrossed, moving her pencil carefully as she bit her lip in concentration.
