The old man wasn't at the court house today. Probably because the media was all over the place, and the man with a limp didn't want to be stuck in a crowded place. The news was still covering on how Marian was the only known person to have been "kidnapped" by Robin Hood. Out of all the things, people really thought he was a kidnapper? He could have held much more powerful and corrupt people as a hostage. He wasn't going to choose Marian! She was way too pretty and innocent for that. "Are you sure you want to do this?" "Ready as I'll ever be... How's the suit? Look good?" "You aren't doing this for her, Rob. This is to fix your mistakes. No more sleeping in during the day and stealing at night. It's now work during the day... then steal at night." "Right... Well, lets take the heat off Robin Hood, shall we?" --- "We haven't had any words from Marian Anderson, daughter of Police Chief Anderson. We are not sure if she was threatened to not say anything, or she simply is too traumatized to talk. Many are skeptical on whether or not this Robin Hood would do something like this. All we can do is wait and hope tha-- We.. We just got informed that Mister Robert Locksley has shown up at the courthouse." Robert Locksley walked through the crowd, giving very small smiles and nods as the crowd around him gasped in surprise. It has been years since Robert has shown his face-- his actual face in New York. No one has heard anything, seen anything, not even his family knew where he was. He just dropped off the face of the earth. Many people thought he went to some place to drink and be forgotten, others thought he was taken out. But there he was. His hair looked neat, but in a messy fashion. He wore a black suit with a green tie to show his hidden support of Robin Hood. He looked good for a man presumed insane, drunk, or dead. He walked in to the court house, passing through even more surprised lawyers and lawmen. He was now the talk of the town, no longer Robin Hood. Good. He was stopped by a larger man, balding, red faced. "Locksley.. Wh-What are you--?" "Nice to see you again, Mister Lee." Robert said with a handshake. The man was still very surprised. "I-I What happened to you?" Robert gave a sad smile and looked around. "I'm sure not everyone here's happy to see me... that should be a given." He said quietly. He then looked back at Lee and shrugged. "I was offered a job back in the firm. Surprisingly Mister Taylor stumbled upon my name. Gave me a call. Said he would get my job back if I could track down someone." Robert wouldn't say anything, but his men tipped Jason Taylor to look in on Robert Locksley. Back in the day, Robert was a king at finding hidden evidence and proof to win his cases. One of the best. He would also win over a crowd with his words. Of course Robert had his own agenda by doing this. He wasn't going to deal with the Taylors for long. He might stumble in to other corrupt lawyers and businessmen's work while doing his search for Robin. He glanced around and saw an awed crowd staring at him still. He saw Marian, and his heart melted a bit. She had the jacket he gave her on her chair. He turned back to face Mister Lee, giving a smile. "so is Mister Taylor around?" He was acting with respect now, not a cocky attitude like he did so long ago. He was going to show people that he wasn't the man he used to be.
