Jessilyn was taken back by the actual demon itself. She had no clue that the ritual would have this affect. She didn't know for sure that the demon would just present itself the way it had. Her heart was beating miles a minutes. The thought of having her desires granted was mouthwatering. The thought of being a somebody was too wonderful to pass up. But then she started to think of the consequences of her actions. If there were real demons in the world, then surely there was a hell. The thought of hell made the hairs on her arms raise. She turned to face away from him, and started breathing fast and deep. "Oh my god- what have I done?" she asked aloud, pacing back and forth throughout the living area. She really don't know just how bad she fucked up. She couldn't comprehend what she had done, nor did she actually believe it would work. She didn't want to sell her soul to the devil, but on the other hand, she wanted to be somebody in life. She wanted to prove to her parents that her time in college was not a waste of money or time. She looked back up at the blue demon. She could feel the room spinning, and could feel herself become dizzy. She shook the feeling away and stepped forward, deciding on whether or not she was royally screwed. She needed to make a change in life, and she was going to start with the biggest sacrifice of her life. "Before the contract is signed, I would like to know your terms. In exchange for becoming a world-renowned artist, is there any way we could barter on your price?" she asked.
