As a (potential) N00b how much is going on in that thread that I would have to sort out?

I am interested in Captain Marvel (Formerly Ms Marvel) and I want to incorporate more "Ancient Aliens" into her origin story.

A lot of the super-science of the MU coming from KREE/SKRULL/ETC tech being reverse engineered. 

Carol was part of a military experiment using more advanced understandings of said technology (which had previously produced Cap)

There are only 7 IC posts in that thread, so nothing big has happened yet.

I'll post the events and circumstances that go with the RP after this post.  We can edit them in order to cater to what people want to do (of course at my own discretion).

For this RP, the premise is that its a reimaging of the Marvel Universe in a modern setting (2012) and within 3 years of the public becoming aware of super-humans.

Edit: Also, if you want to do Captain (Ms.) Marvel, we're going to have to work out details with our current 'Rogue' player, assuming that that player is still with us.
