Bio:Domenico was not born on Feria. Virtually no one in the Psycho drivers was born on Feria, nearly 100% of the regiment was born and raised on Feria's huge moon, Carceri. Feria is an industrial world possessed of such great mineral wealth that the entire world is one, great factory in which all but the richest citizens toil, making only two products, chimera armored transports and a cheap style of the m36 lasgun. However, unlike world's such as Armageddon there is very little quality control, commonly only 30% of chimera forged by tithe collection are actually suitable for the guard, this however is made up for by the sheer quantity of chimera's made (30% is approximately 2 billion chimera armored transports) many of the non collected chimera's are scrapped and reforged. However, a large number are kept, as the tithe of chimera is often supplemented with a second resource, warm bodies. When Feria was founded, the huge industrial complex suffered from literally millions of worker uprisings due to the awful conditions. The world's solution? Turn there moon (almost as large as Feria) into a giant prison complex for dissidents. Upon its completion the grand prison was able to hold approximately 12 billion prisoners, it exceeded this amount within less than a century. However, the far worse conditions on Carceri have dramatically dropped crime on Feria by 94%. Carceri became the ultimate scum hole of gangers, murderers, thieves and every other type of scum in existence.This is from where all Ferian regiments are recruited. Domenico was born and raised on Carceri, cell block T. From day one he had a spark, he was born with the umbilical cord around his neck, and he bit through it to survive. As the boy grew he drew quite a few others to him. These children would follow Domenico anywhere, he commanded there respect through his magnetism and schemes from a young age. Upon becoming teenagers Domenico officially formed them into a gang, the Psycho wheels. They were a biker gang (after they stole, scavenged, and repaired enough bikes) who were feared in there cellblock. As they branched out they came into contact with many other gangs. Sometimes Domenico assimilated them into the psychos, but mostly they engaged in brutal gang warfare. Everything from fast paced bike on bike death races to slow, grueling gurreila warfare from block to block. Into adulthood Domenico led his gang through hell again and again, and he always ended up on top. Not long after his 20th birthday, Domenico and his entire gang, along with thousands of others were drafted into the 1523rd Ferian penal legion.

As the penal legion traveled for awhile they fought in a number of theatres, none of which made any real impact, until Meritan primus. A hive world with thousands of hives connected by one huge highway system, Meritan primus had been besieged by ork Waaaagh! Flamewheel, an entire Waaaagh! of ork speedfreaks. They had effortlessly repelled every attempt to even effectively engage them, then the 1523rd landed. They were decimated due to their chimera's inability to keep speed with the speedfreaks supercharged bikes and truks. Once they were about to half their initial strength, Domenico made his move. He, his gang, and a vast majority of the regiment turned on their leadership and savagely killed them. Before disorder could brake Domenico seized control. He then ordered all remaining chimera's brought to him and his gang. Using tools and skills earned as a biker gang back on Carceri, Domenico and his gang field stripped all the remaining chimera's in less than 5 hours. They then replaced the treads with large, sturdy grip wheels, supercharged their engines and vastly improved their speed and maneuverability. When the sun rose the irks met not the slow tread carriers they had known previously, but large chimera "Super trucks" (as dubbed by Domenico) that could easily keep, and even outpace anything they had. Within a year the Waaaagh! was crushed, and Domenico was officially named commander of the regiment. They received a huge reinforcement of chimera's and men from Feria and Carceri respectively. After doing what had been done to every other chimera and making sure everyman in his regiment could maintain their chimera the legion was again shipped out, to a recently rediscovered forge world.
