Yolanda was clearly displeased with the prospect of having to behave herself. She had never been one to follow rules, especially from people whom she despised. The orderlies fell into that category. However, she wasn't stupid - she knew that if she didn't start to behave, she wouldn't be given the sparse privileges that the other patients were provided with.
