There will be power limits yeah, can't go around having everyone be god-like but I'm going to kind of do a case by case deal. One thing I can't stand in these power things is if you decide to have multiple powers (which would probably be limited to 2 or 3) then they have to make sense together, please. So nothing like flying and fire powers, it just makes no sense. But something like fire and fireproof skin makes perfect sense.
